While the program established by the Civic Leadership Foundation team provides a roadmap, it’s inside schools and organizations where the real growth happens. It’s why we put so much into the relationships with our partners, providing them with every tool possible to create a rewarding and life-changing experience for their kids.
Organizations
While our focus is on underserved communities, practically any school or community organization with the time and energy can benefit from CLF.
Facilitators
An interest in civic engagement is a plus, but ultimately facilitators invested in the growth of students is the only requirement.
Students
Any young person can benefit from CLF. The systematic, developmental curriculum is designed to build skills and to encourage all kids to overcome challenges that they face in their lives.

From onboarding and regular check-ins to our end of year project showcase, we are here to give you every bit of support you need to support your students. ONBOARDING
CLF staff hold initial onboarding meetings with partner administration and facilitators to walk through the year’s curriculum and strategies for student engagement.
DURING THE PROGRAM
In addition to monthly check-ins with facilitators, the CLF staff is available to answer questions or troubleshoot problems throughout the year.
AFTER THE PROGRAM
We host recap sessions with our partners and facilitators to document the successes and identify challenges that can help make for better experiences in the future.
