Bill advises clients in a wide range of securities and derivatives matters, including the organization, operation and regulation of private investment funds and investment managers. Bill is a frequent speaker at firm and industry conferences on investment fund related topics. Bill received his Bachelors from Yale University and his JD from Harvard Law School.
