Andrew Hochberg has been a leader in real estate and the Chicago business community for more than 30 years. In 1998 he founded Next Realty, a commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio across nine states and Washington, D.C. Prior to founding Next Realty, Andy was CEO of Sportmart, where he successfully led its IPO and negotiated its merger with Gart Sports.  A prominent leader in the Chicago Jewish community, Andrew served as Chairman of the Jewish United Fund and was appointed to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Northwestern University.
