Bill is CEO and owner of AFX Lighting, an 80-year-old family business located in Waukegan, IL. With a deep connection to the communities in the Chicago and Milwaukee areas, Bill has served on a number of other boards that seek to improve people’s lives. In addition to serving young people through civic engagement as a member of the CLF board, Bill is currently the Chairman of the MRA, a non-profit employer association based in Milwaukee.
